The Firm

THE SIMAN LAW FIRM exclusively practices U.S. citizenship, immigration, and naturalization law.  Farzad Siman, Esq. has more than 25 years of experience in the field.  We provide professional legal services to individuals, families, and businesses of all sizes in a timely, cost-effective manner.

We have professionals in our office who speak fluent Farsi and Spanish and we have access to interpreters of all nationalities.

Farzad Siman, Esq.

FARZAD SIMAN has over 25 years of experience working with clients from around the world on immigration and naturalization matters. He has been the keynote speaker on panels addressing immigration laws and reform, was quoted in Newsday, and has spoken at Columbia University and the Bronx public school system. Mr. Siman graduated from Touro Law School in 1992. Since then he has helped thousands of individuals and families realize their dreams of living and working in the United States. Over the years, his clients have encompassed numerous individuals seeking asylum on the basis of past persecution for matters including female genital mutilation (FGM) and sexual orientation. He also performs pro bono work on behalf of indigent clients and provides daily consultation to the counselors at the not-for-profit organization Latin Women in Action, Inc.

Our Clients

Our clients include individuals, families, and businesses seeking immigration advice and advocacy in all areas of immigration law.  We represent clients seeking visas, “green cards”, permanent residency, citizenship, employment authorization, asylum and refugee status, removal of conditional residency status (I-751 petitions), foreign student visas, waivers of inadmissibility/removability and humanitarian parole.  We have significant experience working on self-petition applications for emotionally or physically abused (battered) spouses.

For those individuals who find themselves in removal proceedings (often referred to as deportation proceedings), we routinely develop and implement strategies to avoid removal from the U.S.
